1. No Refund Policy (General)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a digital template link has been generated and delivered to you, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, we do not generally offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Mistakes made by the buyer in the personalization form (e.g., spelling errors).
- Incompatibility with very old devices (Internet Explorer, etc.).
2. Exceptions: When We DO Refund
We stand by the quality of our work. A full refund will be issued under the following specific circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your digital link within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Defective Product: If the template link is broken or significantly different from the demo shown on the website.
- Double Charge: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund under the exceptions listed above:
- Email us at support@forever.link or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Source Account).
4. Cancellation Policy
Since our orders are processed instantly or within minutes, cancellation is generally not possible once the "Pay" button is clicked. If you entered wrong details, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp, and we will try to correct it before the final link is generated.
